Terra Verde opened its doors in 2015 with a simple vision: to share the authentic flavors and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean coast. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved culinary destination, but our commitment to quality and tradition remains unchanged.

Our founder and head chef, Mario Constantinou, grew up in a small village on the coast of Greece, wherehelearned to cook from her grandmother. Those cherished recipes, passed down through generations, form the heart of our menu today.

Every dish at Terra Verde tells a story—of sun-drenched olive groves, bustling spice markets, and family gatherings around the table. We source the finest ingredients, from imported Greek olive oil to locally-caught seafood, ensuring every plate honors the Mediterranean tradition of fresh, flavorful cooking.

Meet Chef Mario

Founder & Executive Chef

Mario Constantinou brings over 25 years of culinary experience to Terra Verde. Born and raised in a coastal Greek village, Mario learned the art of Mediterranean cooking from her grandmother, who ran a small taverna overlooking the Aegean Sea.

After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and working in renowned restaurants across Europe, Mario returned to her roots, driven by a desire to share the authentic flavors of her childhood. Her cooking philosophy is simple: respect the ingredients, honor tradition, and cook with love.
